Pottery in Motion Kids' Parties are Fun!

• Birthday girl or boy will receive a free gift with minimum order.
• Each guest will get to paint a piece of pottery that they will get to keep as a memento.
• You can choose either our "Pottery Party in a Box" option so you can paint on your schedule, or our traditional Pottery in Motion party where we come to your location, take care of set up, clean up, and guidance during the painting process.

How it works

1. Decide on a date, time and number of guests (An ideal number of guests is about 6).
2. Contact Pottery in Motion
   1. to schedule delivery of your "Pottery Party in a Box".
   2. to schedule your traditional party attended by one of our staff.
3. Choose your project.  We suggest  that all the kids paint the same thing. It keeps things simple.
4. Invite your guests.
5. Wait for the fun to arrive!

How to prepare for your party

• If you can set a table for dinner for the number of guests you've invited, then that's all you need. Not quite enough table space? We can provide card tables & chairs for an additional fee.
• The painting process takes 30-60 minutes, so schedule other birthday activities accordingly to leave plenty of painting time.   The age of your painters and projects chosen will determine the time required.

What to expect

• Most kid parties and workshops last 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
• For "Pottery Party in a Box" parties, we'll drop off all of the supplies you'll need in advance of the party and schedule a pick up time for after the party. In addition to supplies, the Box also includes easy painting instructions.
• For traditional Pottery in Motion parties, we'll arrive in advance of the guests to set up, will stay during the painting session to instruct and help, and then will clean up and take items for firing.
• In about 7-10 days the items will be delivered back to your location for you to distribute.
