Pottery in Motion is a great activity for groups of all ages. We tailor these workshops to each group's specific needs  or curriculum. Pottery in Motion workshops are great for:

• Homeschool groups
• 4H clubs

How it works

• WHERE: YOUR location.
• WHAT YOU'LL DO: Paint pottery. Upon request we'll do a presentation of how the firing process works. We can also coordinate with you on your lesson plans, provide pottery-related vocabulary and spelling words, or practice painting techniques of master painters like Van Gogh and Monet.
• WHAT YOU PAINT: School programs and kids' groups - we recommend all painting the same thing. Adult groups - pick a theme, pick a price limit - we're flexible!
• HOW: Contact Pottery in Motion to schedule a workshop, discuss your needs, choose your pottery item, and coordinate other details.

What to expect

• Most group workshops last 1 to 2 hours, depending on the location and if we do a presentation.
• We'll arrive in advance of the attendees to set up, stay during the painting session to instruct and help, and then we help clean up and take items for firing.
• In about 7-10 days the items will be delivered back to your location for you to distribute to the workshop participants.
